Repairs and Maintenance is a major point of contact. It is used as an opportunity to improve relationships with tenants and to improve their overall satisfaction with the properties and services we provide. This in turn means a stable income and less vacancy rates for our Landlords.
It is our policy to immediately act with maintenance issues unless advised by Owner otherwise, in accordance with our management agreement unless in an emergency situation.
To ensure a smooth resolution to a repairs and maintenance request we need the co-operation of both our landlords and tenants.
